Appointment Checklist
Obstetric & Gynaecologic Imaging operates an appointment system to minimise delays and inconvenience to patients at our practice. Patients requiring an imaging procedure should telephone our reception staff to arrange an appointment time. Patients without an appointment who require urgent attention are seen as soon as possible after discussion between the referring doctor and the practice.
Information we would like you to bring
- The date of the first day of your last menstrual period and whether it was unusually light or heavy
- Referral form from your doctor
